Delivery:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship items outside of the U.K. and Channel Islands. Delivery is FREE to the UK mainland (for most products), excluding the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. For a quote on delivery to these areas please email us at info@sherwooddirect.co.uk
Delivery Schedule If you order before 2.30pm , we will normally despatch your order to you the same working day. Products bought via 3rd Party Promotions are subject to slightly longer delivery times.
Returns Policy Shop with confidence on Sherwood Direct 14 day return policy If you have changed your mind: We will accept a return for an unwanted item within 14 days of you receiving your item Please note you must return the item in a reasonable condition with the original packaging and contact us by e-mail on returns@sherwooddirect.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product to let us know that you are sending it back. All items must have a returns form included which will be e-mailed out by our customer service team. Returns are to be sent to: Returns Dept Sherwood Direct Sherwood House Mutual Mills Aspinall St Heywood Lancs. OL10 4HW We aim to resolve any return issues within 48 hours of receiving your item. If the item received is damaged or not what you have ordered: If the product reaches in a damaged condition or develops a fault within 12 months of receiving it please contact our customer service team on returns@sherwooddirect.co.uk and we will e-mail out a returns form for your to include with the retuned item. We will arrange collection and repair or replace the product at our discretion. If a refund is requested within 28 days of receiving the product a refund will only be processed as long as:
- The product is returned with all original accessories and packaging in a reasonable condition
- The product is found to be faulty after it has been inspected by our service team
- A returns form with the fault description is included
All items must have a returns form included which will be e-mailed out by our customer service team. We aim to resolve any return issues within 48 hours of receiving your item.
